Privacy Policy
The short version
I collect the minimum needed to sell you a book and send it to you. I do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
What is collected
- Your email address, so I can send your download link and reach you about the order.
- Your country and postal code, collected by Stripe at checkout. This is required to calculate the correct sales tax or VAT.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, the tax, the currency, and the date.
I never see your card number. It goes directly to Stripe and never touches this site.
Who processes it
- Stripe processes payments and calculates tax.
- Supabase stores the order record and the ebook file.
- Resend sends the delivery email.
- Vercel hosts the site.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it holds.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is generally several years. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
Email orders@wickburlson.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Records I am legally required to keep for tax purposes are the one exception, and I will tell you if that applies.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page that are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
